As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

  You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products

  Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe

• Extreme Temperature:
  Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights:
  Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds

• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English(reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding andsafely followingverbal instructions, completingdocumentation andwork responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpretingcompany communications and policieslike safety procedures, training, and tests.

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
