What We Are Looking For A Shipping Operations Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or a related field who can lead daily shipping operations, coordinate freight transportation, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, and the ability to improve operational efficiency while supporting a collaborative team environment.##

Qualifications Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
* Experience coordinating parcel, LTL, and other freight shipments
* Knowledge of, or ability to learn, DOT, FMCSA, and hazardous materials transportation regulations
* Experience maintaining shipping, transportation, and regulatory compliance documentation preferred
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and shipping software preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to supervise personnel, coordinate daily workloads, and support employee development
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and resolve shipping discrepancies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
* Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with warehouse personnel, carriers, vendors, and other departments
* Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement

Working Conditions/

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds
* Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions
* Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours
* Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* May occasionally be exposed to high or low temperatures and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind
* May operate machinery and/or power tools
* The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials
* A reliable source of transportation to and from your home base
