Candidate Qualifications- Prior experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse settings is beneficial but not mandatory
- Capacity to thrive in a high-speed operational environment
- Flexibility to pivot between shifting priorities and varying workloads
- Commitment to helping the team meet demand by working extra shifts during the busy season
- Consistent attendance and reliable personal transportation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Execute the accurate and efficient selection of customer orders
- Prepare and package goods for final shipment
- Contribute to general shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all protocols
- Keep your workspace tidy and organized
- Assist with various distribution tasks to ensure overall operational success
Day Shift Options - Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Friday through Monday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Night Shift Options - Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
- Friday through Sunday, 3:30 PM to 5:00 AM
Please note that during periods of high production, shifts may be extended by one hour, and additional workdays may be added, potentially totaling up to 65 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits- Hourly pay rate of $17.00-$19.00
