SummaryJob Description
The Tire & Lube Technician is responsible for performing non-technical automotive service repairs which includes oil changes, vehicle inspections and all tire/wheel related services. This is a full‑time position with standard Monday‑Friday hours and half days on Saturday.

Essential Job Functions- Professionally perform non-technical automotive service repairs.
- Perform all tire and wheel related services following Motorist Assurance Program guidelines.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Document services performed.
- Follow company and manufacturer service guidelines.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Regularly attend formal training to remain proficient in automotive technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized service department.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, showroom, and building exterior.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience is preferred but motivated candidates will be trained.
Physical Requirements:
Good physical health including the ability to frequently lift 60 pounds. Frequent bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, stooping, and walking. Occasional climbing, crawling, crouching, and reaching.
Working Conditions:
Work at varying temperature and humidity, with exposure to vibrations, mechanical and electrical hazards, fumes, dust, and high noise levels.
License:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
