Independently Construction Superintendent position

• Follow and enforce Black Wing Elite Builders policies and procedures.
• Be present on jobsite to assist subcontractors.
• Redline construction documents as the project progresses.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards as well as state construction regulations.
• Maintain safety logs while documenting necessary corrective action throughout the project.
• Work with utility companies, vendors, and inspectors as needed.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness routinely.
• Assist with finishing work.
• Provide progress reports continuously to Project Manager.

The Construction Supervisor coordinates projects by planning, organizing, and controlling each project, completing quality inspections, and supervising sub-contractors and staff. This position also works closely with the Owners.

• Previous proven experience of construction management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA safety standards and willingness to implement.
• Proven knowledge of construction regulations.
• Willingness to work cohesively with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and the owner.
• A drive to be successful.
• Pristine attention to detail.
• Must be punctual and dependable.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus potential

• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability and willingness to travel to job site location. (Mitchell, SD)
• Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
