4-day work week / flexible work schedule
Traditional Pediatrics - newborn rounding and clinic
Pediatricians do not have to attend standard C-sections
Level II nursery averaging 450 deliveries annually
24-hour ER coverage provided, ER trained physicians
No state income tax
