Position: Part-Time Medication Aide

Location: Countryside Living | Independent and Assisted Living Community

Wage Range: $19 - $23/hour

Schedule: Part-time, Evening Shift (2:30 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m.)

Countryside Living is seeking an independent, self‑motivated Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and support for our residents. The role includes administering medications, assisting with daily living tasks, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Administer medications correctly and in a timely manner
• Assist residents with dressing, showering, and other daily living needs
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Serve meals, prepare dining areas, and maintain sanitation standards
• Monitor and document resident behavior, weight, blood pressure, and medication effects
• Report any changes in resident health or medication concerns to nursing staff
• Respond promptly to residents’ calls for assistance
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Work cooperatively with staff to provide high‑quality care

• South Dakota Medication Aide credentials preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• High school diploma required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
