Mills Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep our property portfolio with a focus on safety, resident satisfaction, and timely repairs. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support turnover tasks to prepare units for new residents.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional after-hours calls for emergencies. Prior maintenance experience is preferred and physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing
