Bent Spoke Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to drive production excellence at our Mitchell facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety across all brewing activities. Bent Spoke is an award‑winning brewery known for innovation and quality.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor the brew team to deliver consistent, high‑quality beer.
• Manage brewing schedules, raw material inventory, and production logistics.
• Uphold strict safety and quality standards, including SOPs and WHS compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate equipment operation and maintenance.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for craft beer and a commitment to quality.
• A tertiary brewing qualification (strongly desirable).
• Minimum 5 years brewing experience, or 2 years as a Production Brewer.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Current driver’s licence, forklift licence, and EWP Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain).
