CAB PRODUCTION HELPER 1st Shift / AYUDANTE DE PRODUCCION-CAB 1er Turno

Mitchell, SD | 6AM–2PM (Monday–Friday / Lunes–Viernes)

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CAB Production Helper to support our brazing operations. You’ll load and prepare cores for the Continuous Aluminum Brazing (CAB) process, operate production equipment, and help ensure consistent, high-quality output that keeps our manufacturing line running smoothly.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (1 year preferred).
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to learn machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking.
• Tiene experiencia previa en manufactura o producción (1 año preferido).
• Posee habilidades mecánicas básicas y habilidad para aprender a operar maquinaria.
• Mantiene una gran atención al detalle y enfoque en la seguridad y calidad.
• Sigue instrucciones escritas y verbales con precisión.
• Tiene actitud colaborativa y disposición para apoyar al equipo.
• Puede levantar hasta 50 libras y realizar tareas físicas como agacharse, estar de pie y caminar durante el turno.

• Load units into the CAB machine using a chain hoist.
• Program and operate the CAB machine according to production needs.
• Sort units by program number and ensure correct sequence.
• Prepare and mix flux used in the brazing process.
• Monitor temperatures and machine performance during operation.
• Complete daily production and safety checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Cargar las unidades en la máquina CAB usando una grua de cadena.
• Programar y operar la máquina CAB según los requerimientos de producción.
• Clasificar las unidades por número de programa y asegurar el orden correcto.
• Preparar y mezclar el fundente (flux) utilizado en el proceso de soldadura.
• Monitorear la temperatura y el rendimiento de la máquina durante la operación.
• Completar las listas diarias de verificación de producción y seguridad.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura.
• Reportar cualquier problema o falla de inmediato.
