Marlin’s Family Restaurant is hiring a Prep
Cook who’s passionate about great food and thrives in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen. Whether you're flipping breakfast favorites or plating hearty dinners, you'll be part of a crew that keeps guests coming back.

As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Labeling
  
  AIT and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
• Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks
• Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
• Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

• Starting pay: $16.00- per hour
