- Provide an exceptional buying experience from start to finish
- Conduct test drives & explain vehicle features
- Present financing and leasing options
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
- Achieve (and exceed!) sales goals with our proven process
- No experience required – we train the right attitude!
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent
