Service Technician-Powersports

We are currently seeking a Powersports Dealer Service Technician to play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and more. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles are in peak condition and ready for their next adventure.

• Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs on various powersports vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and fluid checks to keep powersports vehicles in optimal operating condition.
• Identify required parts and accessories, order them efficiently, and ensure their proper installation during service or repair.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer communication, to provide transparency and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers to explain repair needs, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns, delivering excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports technology and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Previous experience as a Powersports Service Technician is highly preferred, with a strong ability to diagnose and repair powersports vehicles effectively.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as manufacturer-specific training, is advantageous.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all tasks and repairs.
• Effectively manage time to meet service deadlines and customer expectations.
