Vern Eide GM is looking for a Reconditioning Service Technician to join our talented crew. If you have automotive repair experience, your own basic tools, and a knack for problem‑solving, we want you – and soon! This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Overtime may be available, but is not required. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience, with a full benefits package.

You’ll be working in a climate‑controlled facility that features new hoists, new benches, and no flat‑rate work. Our shops are a fun place to work with great people and full access to a tech pantry filled with FREE food, snacks, and drinks while you’re on the job.

• Recondition incoming trade vehicles by performing inspections, changing oil/fluids/filters/wiper blades, and performing any basic repairs that the vehicle needs upon your first look.
• Perform light mechanical work such as brakes, tires, alignments, battery installs, fuel pumps, axle seals, oil cooler lines, and other similar repairs.
• Light diagnostic work may also be required.

• Previous technician experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must have a safe driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Possess a can‑do attitude and be a positive team player
• Willing to learn and grow
