, you’ll bring residential, commercial, and mixed‑use development projects to life, managing projects from start to finish in a collaborative, forward‑thinking survey team.

• Partner with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
• Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients, serving as the trusted survey voice on the team.
• Continue developing skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.

• Deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center with a strong ability to turn data into accuracy and insight.
• Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
• Prior field crew experience is a plus – you understand both sides of the process.
