Overview
Serves as a liaison with health centers, businesses, and other key community organizations to establish relationships with a focus on collaborative opportunities. Working closely with CFM directors and employed Physicians, evaluate, plan and facilitate projects in support of system mission and objectives. Direct oversight for clinic care coordinators, and outreach services.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree required
- Medical background is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and physicians
