Position: CT Scan Tech / Radiology (R) - Weekend Nights
Position Details: The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and licensed by the state as a general radiographer. Responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The technologist demonstrates proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scans, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile procedures, contrast media studies, and cross-sectional anatomy is required. The role involves providing professional, timely, accurate diagnostic CT examinations within departmental protocols.
Travel CT Scan Tech Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Weekend Nights, 7p - 7a, Fri-Sun
Requirements: ARRT certification, CT Registry, minimum 2+ years experience.
Equipment Used: Philips Ingenuity 64, Carestream DR, Philips X-ray.
Additional Information- Responsible for all CT and X-Rays in the facility.
