We are looking for a Production Hourly team member based in Moberly, MO, who thrives in an entrepreneurial, start‑up environment backed by a global CPG powerhouse. This role offers both strategic and tactical elements and requires the ability to wear multiple hats while working toward big ideas.

• Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed.

• 3+ months of previous manufacturing experience within the last 5 years –
  Required
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (10°F to 40°F) –
  Required
• Minimum 5 years of prior work experience, with at least 2 consecutive years at one job –
  Required
• Standing for extended periods of time –
  Required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. –
  Required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with repetitive motion work –
  Required
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts with rotating holidays and weekends –
  Required
• Ability to work overtime as assigned
• Cold food manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
