This is a full-time on‑site role located in Moberly, MO for an Assistant Department Manager‑Dairy/Frozen. The Assistant Department Manager will support the Department Manager by overseeing daily operations, managing and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, maintaining store displays, and handling administrative tasks. This role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Team management and staff training skills
• Customer service experience and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to quality and ability to ensure compliance with company procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or grocery management is a plus
• Training will be provided for a motivated candidate, even with no management experience.
