Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
• Perform cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide coverage for peak times as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count is necessary.

Skills & Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. Self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal assistance.

Working Conditions
Primarily indoor with moderate noise. Shift hours vary, often including long periods of travel between stores in personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines is required. Work involves physical activity including lifting, standing, walking, and climbing.

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and operate store equipment. Must be able to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
