, and enjoy home-daily routes with consistent, year-round freight. This is a night-shift position hauling refrigerated freight between Walmart Distribution Centers and stores across Moberly, Columbia, Macon, Boonville, and Centralia, MO

Schedule & Home Time:

This account operates overnight (night shift) with weekend work required
, but drivers receive Thanksgiving and Christmas off
. You’ll typically run regional round trips that allow you to be home daily or weekly, depending on preference
. The operation runs 24/7 with dispatch support and has an on-site shop for convenience.

Pay & Benefits:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200
• Pay Range: $0.49 – $0.61 CPM (based on experience)
• Weekend Differential: +$0.03 CPM (Fri 5 PM – Mon 4 AM)
• Stop Pay: $10 for first stop, $15 for each additional stop
• Performance Bonus:
  Eligible for Swift Driver Performance Bonus
• Reefer Freight – No Touch
• Home Daily / Weekly Options Available

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 3 months of experience (trainees considered)
• Must live within 50 miles of Moberly, MO (65270)
• Willing to work nights and weekends
