• Can operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Perform arithmetic operations accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Show motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car and then to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and/or door hangers.
• Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area; navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
