Looking for a driving career that offers competitive pay, consistent work, and the opportunity to be home every night? Mid-Am Building Supply is seeking an experienced, safety-focused CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our Moberly, Missouri team!

This is a hands-on delivery position responsible for transporting building materials to customers and other Mid-Am Building Supply locations. You'll play an important role in ensuring accurate, timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

• Hourly Pay: $27.00 per hour
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $67,000–$76,000 with overtime
• Quarterly Safety Bonus:
  Eligible to earn $450 per quarter ($1,800 annually) when safety performance standards are met
• Home Nightly:
  No overnight routes
• Overtime Opportunities:

• Schedule Flexibility:
  Must be willing to work additional hours outside normal business hours to meet customer and operational needs

Annual earnings are estimates based on overtime worked and are not guaranteed.

• Safely operate a Class A commercial delivery vehicle to transport building materials to customers and other Mid-Am locations.
• Deliver materials accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Verify materials against shipping documents and obtain customer signatures confirming delivery.
• Properly secure and inspect loads to ensure safe transportation.
• Assist with loading and unloading building materials at delivery locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Pick up materials from designated customers, suppliers, or branch locations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and equipment through routine inspections, cleaning, and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Complete required DOT paperwork, driver logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and safe driving practices.
• Participate in required company safety meetings and training.
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Current, valid DOT medical certification.
• Ability to successfully complete required DOT drug testing.
• Must meet applicable FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse eligibility requirements.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, consistent with applicable law.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial vehicle operating procedures.
• Ability to properly secure loads and safely operate delivery equipment.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete shipping documents, delivery paperwork, and DOT records.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Ability to complete company-provided forklift training and successfully pass the forklift operator evaluation.
• High school diploma or GED.
