Reconciliation Clerk

Reconciliation Clerk – Gulf Distributing Holdings LLC

Reconciliation Clerk must reconcile the drivers' invoices at the end of the day to ensure that customers receive the products that have been ordered and the money received matches the invoices.

• Verifying all drivers' paperwork matches the system and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring all drivers follow company policy and procedures for reconciliation.
• Verifying load sheets are checked in by the warehouse and making adjustments.
• Ensuring all checks received are deposited and match the cashier sheet.
• Verifying certain accounts’ DSDs quantity matches the invoices.
• Listing and submitting price discrepancies for Wal‑Mart and Winn Dixie or any other price discrepancies that may arise.
• Reconciling House route daily.
• Scanning accounts receivables checks daily to submit to the bank for deposit and verifying the balance sent to the bank matches the tape total submitted by accounts receivables.
• Assisting with other accounts receivables requests as needed.
• Closing out End of Day Report by compiling the register, recon sheet with figures deposited, price discrepancies, voids, driver check‑in times, and drivers' error sheets.
• Assisting with compiling military invoices weekly for monthly submission to the Controller.
• Following Recon Clerk policies and procedures daily by verifying and balancing the check, charge and POA totals from the drivers’ paperwork at the end of their work day.
• Performing all other duties assigned as deemed appropriate.
