AAA USA Inc is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The role assists with AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and reporting while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors.
You will prepare journal entries, perform month-end close, manage vendor records, issue invoices, and support audits and regulatory reporting. Strong Excel, GAAP knowledge, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Quick Books are preferred.
