• Provide support to escrow officer(s) by performing administrative duties and customer support related to escrow closings
• Follow standard procedures and guidelines throughout the closing process

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
• Ability to manage own workload and work under general supervision
• Strong communication skills for conveying information within the team
• Capability to follow standard procedures and guidelines effectively

• Experience in escrow services or real estate transactions
• Familiarity with customer service best practices in a real estate context
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to escrow processes
• Ability to solve problems effectively using established options
• Skills in proactive communication with internal and external customers
