Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking a Detailer (Flat Rate) for a closing shift. The role requires a focus on exemplary customer service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast‑paced work environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: Closing
• Compensation:
  Piecework (flat rate per vehicle)
• Responsibilities:
  Wash vehicle exteriors, wax and buff surfaces, vacuum interiors, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry, apply preservation chemicals, remove engine grease, maintain facility hygiene, and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Working Conditions:
  
  Requires frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting; may work outdoors in varying climates; lifts up to 50 lbs; relies on good vision and hearing; follows strict grooming and uniform standards.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of detailing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Quick learner, dedicated team player
• Able to read and follow instructions
• Respectful of customers’ personal vehicles
• Willing to arrive on time and stay on task during shifts
• Versatile with operating both automatic and manual vehicles
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
