HR Business Partner

This role hands a HR Business Partner the keys to Startup Edge's planning process and dares them to make it sharper. At Startup Edge, $54,000 - $84,000 buys a mid-level seat, but 5 years of HRIS buys you the ownership that comes with it.

• Translate 4 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on
• Draft the business case that gets a results-oriented initiative funded past committee
• Turn messy HRIS data into an one-page story executives read before coffee
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear strategy briefs

• Proven leadership experience guiding mid-level-level initiatives
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence
• Willingness to relocate to Mobile, AL, or to make remote work

Startup Edge has quietly become one of the most performance-driven names in business, all from a modest office in Mobile, AL. Honest feedback is a gift here, and we try to wrap it kindly before we hand it over.

For your BambooHR and 3 of grit, we offer $54,000 - $84,000, mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to do Mobile on your terms.

The Mobile, AL office is bringing people on this season, and this is one of those roles.
