Mas Tec Civil is currently hiring for Pile Drivers with Heavy Highway experience with concrete piles in Mobile, AL.

• Operates pile-driving machinery to drive posts into the ground for support of fences, buildings, and other structures.
• Reviews building plans, ensuring pilings are installed accurately.
• Inspects machinery prior to beginning shift to ensure there are no mechanical problems.
• Cleans, lubricates, and performs basic maintenance on machinery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience required.
• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Ability to operate complex machinery.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good verbal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
