HVAC Construction Superintendant

Larry Batchelor Mechanical, LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent / PM for Commercial HVAC projects.

• A Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the HVAC field.
• Manage awarded Projects from estimation turnover to completion.
• Allocate available manpower across concurrent jobs.
• Release and schedule material delivery
• Ability to do field take offs for duct, piping, curbs and block outs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills, will be required to attend job progress and coordination meetings.
• A 'self-starter' attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen.

DOE:
Range $62,000.00 to 75,000.00 Annually

Job Type: Full-time EOE

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
