About The Position

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing architecture team in one of the following Pond offices:
Atlanta, GA;
Augusta, GA;
Savannah, GA;
Jacksonville, FL;
Tampa, FL;
Port Orange, FL;
Columbia, SC;
Charlotte, NC;
Huntsville, AL;
Mobile, AL;
New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate possesses 6–10 years of related architectural design experience (internship, co‑op, and professional experience included) and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents; follow project design guides and templates; research and assemble details; and work collaboratively under the mentorship of seasoned, licensed Architects.

Design projects span multiple markets and geographies, affording opportunities to broaden knowledge and deepen skill sets related to building systems design. The role requires an independent self‑starter who can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages from concept plans to construction documentation.

Experience And Qualifications
  • BArch (5‑year program) or MArch (6‑year program) from an accredited college or university
  • 6–10 years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co‑op, or professional experience)
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software
  • Registered Architect License preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi‑task, and self‑motivated to produce high‑quality work
  • Willingness and desire to learn and grow professionally
