Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our team as a freelancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging language lessons to non-native speakers, helping them improve their English proficiency in a supportive environment. • Plan, prepare, and deliver effective ESL lessons tailored to learners’ individual needs and proficiency levels.
• Create a welcoming learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building.
• Assess learners’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Utilise diverse teaching methods and resources, including multimedia tools, to enhance learning experiences.

• Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language to children, preferably in a recognised educational setting.
• Familiarity with current ESL teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to suit different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
• A recognised qualification in Teaching English as a Second Language (such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is highly desirable.
