Senior Project Manager

Overview

Senior Project Managers and Project Directors to lead multi-discipline engineering projects supporting large capital investments. The ideal candidate will manage projects from early-stage development through detailed design and project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

• Lead and manage large capital projects through all FEL (Front-End Loading) phases and into detailed design, procurement, and construction management.
• Utilize Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles to support construction planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking tools to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment.
• Proven experience with large-scale capital projects and engineering team coordination.
• Deep understanding of FEL phases and AWP methodology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Direct experience in the pulp & paper, building materials, cement, material handling systems, metals, minerals and/or mining manufacturing sectors.
• Professional Engineer and/or PMP certification is a plus.
