Mid-Level Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 6–10 years of related design engineering experience to join our growing Civil Engineering team in one of the following Pond offices:
Atlanta, GA;
Augusta, GA;
Savannah, GA;
Jacksonville, FL;
Tampa, FL;
Port Orange, FL;
Columbia, SC;
Charlotte, NC;
Huntsville, AL;
Mobile, AL;
New Orleans, LA; or as a remote employee.

The successful candidate will:

• Contribute to the design of civil systems including grading, drainage, and hydrology for sites.
• Mentor junior-level engineering professionals.
• Support proposal efforts and interface with clients.
• Work efficiently through design stages from concept plans to construction documentation.
• Act as an independent self‑starter who can move quickly across multiple markets and geographies.

• BS in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
• 6–10 years of MEP‑related experience.
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Civil3D.
• Experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients.
• Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, ability to multi‑task, and self‑motivation to produce high‑quality work.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
