Hotel Dual Chief Engineer. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dual Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our hotel facilities. This leadership role is vital in ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• Oversee and coordinate all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel
• Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and guest requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Supervise and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, supplies, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and special projects

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues effectively
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Relevant certifications or licenses in engineering or facilities management are preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
