The Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facilities in Mobile produce A320 and A220 family aircraft. The Mobile Aeroplex opened in 2015 and added a second production line for the A220 in 2019. • Perform aircraft system Final Test Procedures (FTP) and pre/post flight checks to prepare built aircraft for test flight readiness.
• Learn new techniques, troubleshoot aircraft systems, and support flight line operations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework aircraft structures, components, and systems of moderate difficulty, including landing gear, flight surfaces, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and cabin interiors.
• Service aircraft and prepare documentation according to company procedures and specifications.
• Perform daily checklists: post‑dock maintenance, safety & security inspections, and incoming inspections.
• Participate in the development and improvement of family system troubleshooting skills.
• Perform refuel/defuel, aircraft jack, tow, hydraulic and engine oil service, and tire/strut service, while managing hazard material policy.

• Minimum of 3 years aviation experience, preferably in manufacturing or repair.
• Valid A&P license and driver's license.
• Must be willing to work rotation shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid passport allowing unrestricted travel to Canada.
• High School diploma or vocational/tech school credential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical theory, aircraft unique tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret approved aircraft diagrams and maintenance procedures (FTP/WO/AMM/IPC/AWD/SB/CMM).
• Experience with OSHA regulations for confined space entry and respiratory protection.
• Ability to support and train other technicians.

• Vision, hearing, and speaking sufficient for office and flight line environments.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Capability to enter confined spaces and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Travel overseas and domestically for extended periods as needed.
