- Lead and guide a team of engineering professionals to develop and deliver completed engineering requirements for assigned projects
- Build and maintain a high‑performing engineering team with the necessary technical expertise to support multiple aircraft modification activities
- Manage the annual Performance and Development (P&D) process, including performance assessments and talent management
- Collaborate with global counterparts on engineering methods, certification, compliance, and process improvements
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and customer contract stipulations
- B.S. degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautic, Civil, or Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum of 13 years of experience within the aviation industry, specifically in aircraft cabin engineering and development processes
- At least 5 years of technical leadership experience
- Experience in cabin equipment and cabin integration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience leading a technical team of aviation personnel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of design, certification, and qualification requirements related to aircraft cabins
- Ability to mentor and understand principles within the assigned discipline
- Familiarity with safety management systems in aviation
