The focus will be on developing and implementing solutions that make our roadways safer and more efficient. This client’s greatest project successes are measured by reducing crashes, preventing fatal crashes, and improving efficiency for everyone who travels through our communities. Our client is looking for a Traffic Engineer who is ready to grow into the next phase of their career:
Project Management. In this role, you will be working with the Assistant Director to manage a variety of transportation safety and transportation planning projects.

• Develop and implement roadway safety and efficiency solutions.
• Work with the Assistant Director to manage transportation safety and planning projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of the Access Management Manual, MUTCD, Highway Safety Manual, and Trip Generation Manual
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Preferred software experience with Micro Station, ArcGIS, Synchro, and/or VISTRO
• Written and oral communication skills with English proficiency
• Valid Driver’s License
• Preference given to candidates who have passed their Professional Engineer (P.E.) Exam
