We are seeking an experienced PE Structural Engineer with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural design and ensuring projects meet safety and regulatory standards. This role requires leadership in delivering high-quality structural solutions across various construction projects.

• Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Oversee project plans from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to local and national codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance for junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project specifications.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Alabama (required).
• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations (IBC, AISC, ASCE, etc.).
• Proficient in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
