Lead complex, heavy structural design projects across the world for port authorities, terminal operators, and major infrastructure clients. BasePay Range
$ / yr – $ / yr
Responsibilities- Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects and oversee engineering standards and execution.
- Prepare complete structural design packages for container cranes, terminals, and foundation systems.
- Perform site inspections, equipment assessments, and technical reviews including dynamic/static analysis.

- Must be able to travel up to 20% and climb OSHA‑compliant structures up to 200 ft.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET‑accredited) with a focus on structural coursework.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in heavy equipment or steel structure design and FEA.
- Proficient in FEA and drafting software such as FEMAP, Ansys, Solid Works 3D, RISA, AutoCAD.
$110,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
