Job Title:
Senior Network Engineer L2
Location:
Mobile, AL (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
- Enterprise routing/switching experience (L2/L3) with Cisco hardware (must).
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and configuring network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN.
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco firewall rules; monitor performance; troubleshoot; conduct rule audits.
- Deploy and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for AAA and NAC policies; integrate with other devices.
- Knowledge of protocols and applications: RADIUS, SNMP, SYSLOG, TACACS, DNS, DHCP, IPSec, NAT, ACL, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and verbal/written communication skills.
- Provide Level‑2/3 support to resolve network issues.
- Onsite presence required for significant physical work.
Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
