• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and directing inquiries.
• Manage daily lobby activities: greet clients warmly, offer hospitality, and ensure refreshments.
• Accurately receive deposits and payments, verify checks, issue receipts, and provide account information.
• Cash checks and accept withdrawal requests in accordance with bank policies; refer questionable transactions to supervisor.
• Provide special services as needed (redemption of U.S. Savings Bonds, issuance of official checks, coin deposits, coin orders).
• Process payments for credit cards, local utilities, and other services; transmit payment information to appropriate agencies by daily cut-off.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cash handling.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Standard business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
