Minimum Qualification RequirementsGraduation from a standard senior high school or successful completion of the GED test, preferably with police or corrections related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirements- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
- Must successfully complete a physical agility test administered by the Sheriff's Department. For details, see Class Specifications.
