Part‑time auxiliary work directing vehicle traffic at school crossing zones to facilitate a safe environment for pedestrians crossing the street. Other occasional duties may include assisting with clerical work, vehicle inspections, and traffic control during special events.
Jurisdiction Starting Hourly Rate:
City of Mobile $17.65
- Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
