• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor's degree in public administration, marketing, leisure services, or a closely related field
• Minimum of three years of responsible administrative experience in special events, public relations, or community services
• Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the position
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in managing public relations and community engagement initiatives

• Additional experience in event management or community services
• Familiarity with local government operations and community needs
• Proven track record of successful public relations campaigns
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community groups
