• Engage in meaningful conversations with guests to understand their style preferences and provide professional recommendations.
• Provide expert hair‑cutting, styling, and color services with advanced technical skill and creativity.
• Maintain knowledge of retail hair products and effectively sell products to guests.
• Ensure proper set‑up, cleanliness, and sanitation of all tools and equipment in accordance with salon standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and a positive salon experience.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education, staying updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Stay current on the latest trends in hair styling, continuously refining skills and delivering cutting‑edge styles.

• Valid Alabama license to perform haircutting, styling, and color-related services.
• Proven technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of current salon products and staying informed about industry trends.
