• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in applicable state
• American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers
• 1+ years’ experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a hospital setting.
• Additional certifications may be required.
