Physician Assistant

This is a full-time or part-time role for a Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing medical care, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medications. Daily tasks will also include assisting in surgeries, providing patient education, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Experience in diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting physical exams, and prescribing medications
• Ability to assist in surgeries and provide patient education
• Medical knowledge and skills relevant to family medicine, emergency medicine, or other primary care fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a healthcare team
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required
• Current state licensure in Alabama or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field
• Experience in military healthcare or familiarity with military protocols is a plus
