Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule:Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Typical business hours, 8am-5pm
- Additional hours may be required based on business needs
- Weekend, or on-call requirements may apply

Job SummaryThe Rehab Technician is responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining durable medical equipment at various locations, ensuring optimal functionality and patient comfort. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication with the service team, and proficiency in using hand-held and Bluetooth application programmers for power wheelchairs. The technician will also participate in ongoing education programs to enhance their skills and knowledge
Essential Functions- Efficiently deliver and set up new and loaned medical equipment at various locations.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to equipment in the field to ensure optimal functionality and patient comfort.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the service team to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that arise.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for people with disabilities.
- Be willing to learn to use hand-held and Bluetooth application programmers for power wheelchairs.
- Upload and send documents to the appropriate personnel, demonstrating proficiency in computer use.
- Participate in annual education programs designed to support your growth and proficiency in the field.
- Perform warehouse duties including inventory counts, cleaning and organization as assigned.
- Assembly of new equipment.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record acceptable to our auto insurance carrier.
- Must be 21 years or older to drive a company vehicle.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and comfort in working with people with disabilities.
- DME/CRT experience highly preferred.

Ability to efficiently deliver, set up, and repair medical equipment according to manufacturer specifications. - Communication:
