Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for our Outpatient CAP track. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients, perform assessments, plan and deliver care, and participate in ongoing education of patients and staff.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians, document patient data, and contribute to quality improvement and patient outcomes during dialysis treatments.
